The Sound of You
For the part of you
holding it together
while quietly coming undone.
A Full Spectrum Tuning is a personalised 20-30 minute audio ritual, written from your words, recorded in my voice, and created to help your body soften, steady, and return to itself.
Not another affirmation. Not a meditation written for thousands. A private return point for the exact season you are in.
The Experience
"You are not buying an audio file. You are receiving a personalised return point."
Your tuning becomes a place to come back to when your body is loud, your mind is full, confidence drops, grief rises, or an old version of you starts trying to take over again.
What it is
Part guided reflection.
Part spoken word.
Part nervous system support.
A Full Spectrum Tuning is a private spoken-word sound ritual created from your own words, your current emotional pattern, and the part of you that is asking to be heard.
Each recording combines carefully chosen language, gentle body-based prompts, music, and layered natural sound. Every sentence is selected through the IMIE framework, a language method documented in Scripted (2026) and currently in formal validation, which is why a tuning does not sound like anything written for a crowd.
It begins with an intake form and a private conversation where you share what you are carrying, what keeps repeating, where it lives in your body, and what kind of support feels most needed right now. From there, Becky writes and records a tuning shaped around your words, your patterns, and the emotional thread beneath them.
The sound holds the room.
The words do the work.
This is for you if
You have understood it
but still feel it
in your body.
This work is not for people who need another productivity hack, positive mantra, or polished performance. It is for the part of you that has been trying to stay functional while carrying something your mind cannot simply solve.
You are tired of being the capable one and quietly holding what no one sees.
You have talked it through, journaled it, analysed it, and still feel the pattern living somewhere in your body.
You are not looking for another affirmation. You want language your body can actually believe.
You need a place to put something down without having to explain yourself from the beginning again.
You are moving through grief, change, burnout, identity shift, or the end of an old version of yourself.
You want something personal enough to meet the exact emotional weather you are in now.
Why this is different
A tuning begins
where belief is actually possible.
The Process
Four steps.
One personalised return point.
What happens after
This is not a
one-time listen.
It is a return.
Your tuning is not designed to be consumed once and forgotten. It is created as a return point: a place to come back to when your body is loud, your mind is full, or the old story starts speaking again.
Listen when you need to soften after a hard conversation. Listen when grief rises. Listen when confidence drops, when you feel yourself shrinking, spiralling, pleasing, performing, or disappearing.
Because old patterns are often written through repetition, the new groove also deepens through return. Each listen gives your system another chance to hear a different voice and recognise it as yours.
This is the real value of the work: not a single emotional moment, but a personalised anchor you can keep, replay, breathe with, sleep beside, cry through, and return to whenever you need to remember the voice underneath the coping.
Becky's tunings didn't motivate me. They grounded me. They've become the place I return to when I notice myself disappearing.

One session did what a decade of self-help never touched. Not because it explained anything, but because it changed how my voice met itself.

When to use it
Return to your tuning
when your system needs a place to land.
A tuning is not just something you listen to. It is something you return to. The more specific the moment, the more powerful the support can become.
- Listen when you wake with a familiar heaviness.
- Listen after a hard conversation or emotional rupture.
- Listen when your body is carrying something your mind cannot solve.
- Listen when you feel yourself shrinking, spiralling, performing, pleasing, or disappearing.
- Listen when grief, uncertainty, or an old identity starts rising again.
- Listen when you need to remember the voice underneath the coping.
Who writes your tuning
Every tuning is written
by Becky, for you.
I am a writer, speaker, and the creator of IMIE, a somatic-linguistic modality that works with language, identity, emotional patterning, and the body.
Every tuning I write is original. It is built from what you share in your intake form and our 30 minute conversation: your words, your challenges, your nervous system state, and the season of life you are moving through.
Every tuning is written by me, from your words, and no part of the script is generated or templated. What you hear was written for you and no one else: your words, your patterns, your season, met with precision and care.
The language method behind every tuning is the IMIE framework, documented in Scripted (Lighter Side Media, 2026) and currently in formal validation with an independent research team.
Words from the room
What it feels like
after.
Within the first minute, tears were already running down my face. The music that I can still hear in my ears days later created something truly unforgettable.

The strongest tunings
begin with a map.
The IMIE Script Map is a personalised analysis of the sentence your nervous system keeps repeating. You bring one recurring sentence. I map the protective script beneath it, where it lives in your body, and the new language your system may be ready to practise.
If you begin there, your map becomes the written brief your tuning is built from, and its full price is credited toward your Full Spectrum Tuning.
Already know you want the full tuning? Reserve directly below. The map is a doorway, not a requirement.
What you receive
A visual map of the sentence
beneath the sentence.
- Your surface sentence and the deeper protective script underneath it.
- Your body map showing where the sentence appears to live somatically.
- Your IMIE graph across intensity, safety, belonging, voice, worth, visibility, and regulation.
- Your script pathway: trigger → sentence → body response → protective pattern → new language.
- Your personalised reframe set with a 90-second practice to begin working with the new sentence.
The Full Spectrum Tuning
Your personalised return point.
One tuning. All five layers.
- Private intake form to name what you are carrying
- 30 minute listening session with Becky
- Custom spoken-word script written from your story
- 20-30 minute personalised audio recording to keep and return to
- Gentle body-based prompts woven through the recording
- A layered sound bed: music, natural environment, and a slow binaural undertone beneath the voice
- Best experienced with headphones
A tuning can also be commissioned for someone you love. The intake and call happen with them.
Founding Circle. I am currently opening a small number of founding spaces while this work takes its first public form. These first tunings are offered at NZ$297 in exchange for an honest reflection after receiving your personalised audio. Those reflections are what will carry this work to the people who need it next. Once the founding spaces are complete, the Full Spectrum Tuning will move to NZ$497.

I release a limited number of Full Spectrum Tunings each week so each one can be written with real attention. You do not need to arrive polished, articulate, or clear. The intake and conversation are designed to help me hear the deeper thread, even if you do not yet know how to name it.
"This is not content. This is care, translated into sound."
