Your Custom Tuning

Everything you share here
is used only to create
what is written for you.

The more honest and specific you are, the more precisely the tuning will reach you. There are no right answers. Write in whatever way feels most natural, at whatever time of day you feel most honest.

"The most powerful moment in a custom tuning is when you think: how did she know that exact thing? That moment is built here, in what you share with me now."

Section 00 — A bit about you

How is best to contact you
Name

Section 01 — Where you are right now

Not what you want help with. What is actually happening.
Just what is most present. This does not need to be neat.
Which feelings are most dominant for you right now?*
Select all that apply.
Where do you feel this most in your body?*
Select all that apply.
For example: tight, hollow, heavy, braced, burning, frozen.
Right now, are you more likely to be:*
When do you imagine listening to this tuning?*

Section 02 — The sentence

This is the most important section. Take your time.
Write it exactly as it sounds inside you. Not a description of the feeling. The actual words. For example: “I am too much.” “Nobody is coming.” “Just hold it together.” Write yours.
Describe the behaviour or posture it moves you into.
How long has this pattern been running?*
What do you lose, miss, or push away when it runs?
If so, describe that version briefly. Leave blank if this does not resonate.

Section 03 — Where it came from

You do not need a full history. Just what comes.
Describe the atmosphere of it, not the facts. What did the air feel like? What did your body do in that space?
Not what anyone said explicitly. What the atmosphere taught you.
Is there a relationship you associate with the origin of this pattern?

Section 04 — What you are carrying

These questions go deeper. Answer them slowly.
Specifically. The thing that, if someone could take it from you for one week, would feel like breathing again.
If you do not know, write what you wish someone would say.
Describe it even if it feels small or unclear.

Section 05 — Your body and your world

These questions access something language alone cannot reach.
How would you describe your relationship with your body right now?*
What is the dominant texture, sound, or quality of air in the spaces you inhabit most?
It does not need to be significant. It can be very ordinary.

Section 06 — What you want

What this tuning is working toward.
When this tuning is over and you press stop, what do you want to feel that you do not feel right now?*
Select all that apply.
Not gone entirely. Just less automatic.

Section 07 — Practical details

A few final things so I can prepare properly.
How long would you like your tuning to be?
This will be respected completely.

Thank you for trusting me with this. Everything you have shared here will be held with care and used only in service of what I write for you.

I will read your form before our conversation, so you will not need to repeat yourself. What you have given me here is enough to begin.
